Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered): You may be of any nationalityYou must have completed one of the following qualifications: BSc (Agric.) in Animal Science or Animal Production or an Advanced Diploma in Animal Production (NQF8)You must have graduated from a recognised and accredited University or University of Technology in South AfricaYou must be a member of the South African Society for Animal Science (SASAS) (apply here to become a member)You must be registered to study towards an Honours or Masters degree in Animal Science / Animal Production at a University OR a MTech or DTech at a University of TechnologyYou must have an exceptional academic record (cum laude)You must be able to complete your Honours degree or MTech within 2 years or a Masters degree or DTech within 3 yearsYou must read and agree to theSASAS Bursary Rules 2024(.pdf)
