Eligibility criteria

Applicants must fall into at least one of the following categories: A permanent employee of a grower in the Waitrose supply chain who falls within the minimum-wage income bracket;A child of a permanent employee of a grower in the Waitrose supply chain who falls within the minimum-wage income bracket; orA child under the legal guardianship of a permanent employee of a grower in the Waitrose supply chain who falls within the minimum-wage income bracket. Applicants must also: Be studying or intend to study towards anundergraduate qualificationin one of the eligible fields; andBe studying or have received provisional acceptance to study at a recognised university or TVET college inSouth Africa, Namibia, Zambia or Zimbabwe.
