Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered): You must reside within the Witbank, Emalahleni Local Municipality, in Mpumalanga provinceYou must have completed MatricYou must be studying or intend on studying full-time or part-time, towards an Undergraduate Degree or Diploma in Civil EngineeringYou must be entering your 1st, 2nd or 3rd year of study in 2025You must be studying or currently enrolled/ accepted to study at an accredited institution in South AfricaYou must have achieved a minimum academic average of 65%, if currently studyingYou must have a strong academic recordYou must have proven financial needYou must NOT have a criminal record and must be willing to undergo a Police Clearance and/or criminal record check
