The South African National Accreditation System (SANAS) is a national body that assesses and grants formal recognition (accreditation) to organizations like testing labs, inspection bodies, and certification bodies, confirming their competence to international standards, thereby ensuring quality, reliability, and facilitating trade by building trust in South African products and services globally. It acts as a crucial link in quality infrastructure, mandated by government and collaborating internationally (ILAC/IAF) to support industry, government, and consumers. The South African National Accreditation System (SANAS) is inviting students to apply for their bursary programme, for the2026 academic year.
