Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered): You mustreside within Gouda, Saron, Tulbagh or Porterville, in the Western Cape provinceYou must be enrolled and studying towards aBSC, BEng or National Diploma in Civil EngineeringYou must be studying at a recognised and accredited tertiary institution in South AfricaYou must be willing tobuild a career in a Civil Construction companyYou must have good problem-solving skillsYou must have strong computer literacy skills, especially in Microsoft ExcelYou must have excellent interpersonal skillsYou must be able to work independently and take initiativeYou must have proven leadership potentialYou must be willing to work and/or travel in outlying areas for long periodsThe following skills will be anadded advantage, but are not mandatory:A valid code 08 driver’s licenseThe ability to adapt in challenging environmentsThe ability to speak 2 or more South African official languages
