Milpark Education was first established in 1997 as a private provider of higher management education within the country. Today, Milpark Education still remains one of the top providers of Higher Education and Further Education and Training (FET) qualifications with its two main teaching campuses, one situated in Cape Town and the other in Johannesburg with its support offices located in Durban. The Wholesale and Retail Sector Education and Training Authority (W&RSETA) is a public organisation, formed to encourage skill development in the Wholesale and Retail sector by way of grants, bursaries, training and learnerships. In 2011, the W&RSETA Bursary Scheme was born, with the aim of providing financial help to students studying wholesale and retail qualifications.

Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered): You must reside within the Western Cape provinceYou must have completed Matric in 2023 or earlier, with mathematics as a subjectYou must intend on entering your 1st year of BCom Accounting studies at Milpark Education in 2025You must meet theBCom in Accounting admission requirementsat MilparkYou must read and agree to the thebursary T&C’sYou must be able to conduct your studies online – with daily access to a laptop or personal computer with a camera, speakers, and a microphone (or headphones), and a stable internet connection with upload and download speeds of at least 5MbpsYou must NOT be a current Milpark Education studentYou must be unemployed
