The Letsatsi Borutho Trust is inviting students to apply for their community bursary programme, for the2027 academic year. Bursaries will be awarded tostudents residing within a 50km radius of the Droogfontein Solar Power plant (Northern Cape), forALL fields of study(Degree, National Diploma or NQF level 6 technical and vocational education and training programme). ** RELATED BURSARIES **

Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered): You must be aSouth African citizenYou mustreside within a 50km radius of the Droogfontein Solar Power plant, in the Northern Cape provinceYou must bestudying or intend on studying towards an NQF level 6 in technical, skills training (plumbing, bricklaying etc) and training programmes, National Diploma or Degree ProgrammeYou must have been accepted to study at a recognisedpublic or private tertiary institution in South Africa(University, University of Technology or TVET College)You must bein financial need and demonstrate lack of sufficient financial resources to continue with tertiary education
