The Inqubeko Training Academy focuses on strategic skills development training that is critical, and fundamental to the South African automotive industry. Inqubeko prides itself on its fresh approach to skills development, focusing on creating state-of-the-art learning and training solutions. Through this, it meets the demands for production of new technologies and adapts to the challenges that are unique to the South African automotive sector. In doing this, Inqubeko hopes to foster a new generation of leaders for the South African automotive industry.

Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered): You must be a South African citizenYou must reside near Durban, in KwaZulu-NatalYou must have completed/ be completing Matric in 2023You must have completed Mathematics and Science (including technical) with a minimum result of 60%You must be self motivated
