Hollywood Foundation Bursary (Future is Bright) South Africa 2027

The Hollywood Foundation is inviting students to apply for theFuture is Bright bursary programme, for the 2027 academic year. Bursaries will be awarded forUndergraduate (Higher Certificate, Diploma or Degree), and Honours, Postgraduate and Advanced Diplomasstudies, within the following fields: The aim of thebursaryis to bridge the gap between high school and the work force – Hollywoodbets want to help the youth of South Africa, by funding their studies and thereby increasing their employment prospects.

Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered): You must be aSouth African citizenYou must becurrently in Matric or have completed MatricYou must bestudying or intend on studyingfull-time towards a qualification in one of the fields listed above, in 2027 (Higher Certificates, National Certificates, Diplomas, Degrees and Postgraduate studies)(the bursary will NOT cover Masters, PhD and other senior qualifications)You must be studying or intend on studying towards a qualification that is 12 months or longerYou must be studying or have applied to study at atertiary institution that is registered with the DHET in South Africa(the bursary will NOT cover studies at TVET colleges)You must have achieved aminimum overall average of 65% in Matricmid-year or final results, if currently in MatricYou must have achieved a minimum result of 65% per subject in Matric, if currently in MatricYou must have achieved aminimum overall average of 60% at tertiary level latest results, if currently at tertiary levelYou must maintain a minimum overall average of 60% to be considered for funding for the next academic yearYou must NOT be receiving any other bursary, awards, internships, or emoluments, that bind you to enter the service of any organisation upon completion of your studiesYou must read and agree to theTerms and Conditions of the bursary
