Funding details

The bursary will provide full cover for the following expenses: tuition fees, prescribed textbooks, registration fees and exam fees. The bursary will also cover accommodation in a single room at the university the student is studying at or accommodation of the equal amount. Finally, the bursary will also provide cover for meals, as determined by the university. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and will undergo psychometric testing if required. Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered): You must be a South African citizen by birthYou must have completed Matric with a minimum overall average of 70%You must be studying full time, towards an Undergraduate degree qualification within a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) fieldYou must be studying at a recognised and accredited university in South AfricaPreference will be given to female students from previously disadvantaged population group (Black, Coloured and Indian)
