The Free State Office of the Premier is committed to providing strategic direction and coordinating integrated service delivery within government in the Free State province. The Office has three main strategic goals:1. Supporting the Premier and Executive Council in achieving the government’s goals and priorities.2. Providing strategic guidance and coordination for departments within the Free State Provincial Government, particularly on cross-cutting corporate support functions.3. Ensuring that the activities of departments and municipalities in the Free State are integrated and aligned with the government’s goals and priorities.

Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered): You must be a South African citizenYou must reside within the Free State provinceYou must be between 18 and 35 years oldYou must be currently in Matric or have completed MatricYou must have a household income of LESS than R600 000 per annumYou must NOT be receiving any other bursary awards or another sponsorshipYou must be studying or intend on studying full-time towards a qualification within one of the fields of study listed aboveYou must be accepted to study at a recognised and accredited Higher Education Institution (HEI) in South AfricaPreference will be given to financially needy students with a strong academic recordStudents with disabilities are encouraged to apply
