Eligibility criteria
Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered): You must be a South African citizenYou must be black (as determined by BEE Codes)You must reside within one of the following areas: Kathu (Northern Cape), Rustenburg (North West) and Mogalakwena (Limpopo)You must have completed MatricYou must be studying or intend on studying towards a qualification within one of the fields of study listed aboveYou must be entering your 1st year or higher year of study in 2024You must NOT be receiving any other form of bursary funding or NSFASYou must have a strong academic meritStudents may apply if they have partially completed their course within the same field and have obtained satisfactory results, but do not have funding to further complete their studies
