eMedia Bursary South Africa 2026

The eMedia Group is inviting students to apply for their bursary programme, for the2026 academic year. Bursaries will be awarded for degree or diploma studies withinTelevision, Radio, Broadcasting and any other Media related studies. eMedia is looking to fund students who are passionate about pursuing a career in the Television or Radio sector.

Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered): You must be aSouth African citizenYou must havecompleted Matricwith a minimum overallaverage of 65%You must be studying full-time towards a Degree or Diploma qualification, withinTelevision, Radio, Broadcasting and any other Media related fieldYou must be a1st year studentYou must be studying at an accreditedUniversityin South AfricaYou must be passionate about pursuing a career in the Television or Radio spaceYou must have a strong academic recordYou must be in need of financial assistance to complete your studiesYou must NOT be receiving any other financial assistance, bursary or funding (including NSFAS)
