Club magazine is a magazine published each month by The Foschini Group (TFG), which provides its readers with fashion, beauty and lifestyle articles, as well as coupons, vouchers and competition details. For just R36.99 per month, Club magazine subscribers receive the following benefits: exclusive rewards, grocery store coupons, a chance to win R50 000 each month in the superdraw, a chance to win a Checkers voucher, a chance to receive store credit to the value of R1 000, death cover and of course the R2 million bursary award.

Funding details
Every year, Club Magazine invites their subscribers to apply for the Club Magazine bursary, up to the total value of R2 million. For the 2021 academic year, Club Magazine will be awarding 12 bursaries each month, to the value of R15 000 each, to students who are active member of Club (or has a close family member that is an active member of Club). The bursary award works on a “first come, first served” basis, in that the first 12 applications received every month will be funded. The scholarship will provide cover for tuition fees only – other expenses will NOT be covered (ie. accommodation, material, exam rewriting fees). Bursary recipients can study towards any programme offered at one of Educor’s tertiary institutions, including: CityVarsity, Central Technical College, Damelin (part-time), Damelin Correspondence College, Intec College and ICESA Education (KwaZulu-Natal).

Eligibility criteria
Applicants must satisfy the following minimum entry criteria before applying (please note that failure to satisfy all the requirements will lead to your application not being considered): Must be a Club magazine subscriber (or have an immediate family: mother/ father/ husband/ wife/ daughter/ son/ brother/ sister/ grandchild, who is a Club magazine subscriber)Must have an up to date subscription (no arrears)Must plan on studying at one of these institutions: CityVarsity, Central Technical College, Damelin (part-time), Damelin Correspondence College, Intec College and ICESA Education (KwaZulu-Natal)Must plan on studying towards a part-time or correspondence programmeMust have an to date Foschini Group/ TFG account (no arrears)Must NOT have received a bursary from TFG Club within the past 36 months
